In particular, our management team has industry expertise and working experience in the oil, energy, and internet sectors. The leaders of our management team include Mr. Chen Baiying, our Chief Executive Officer Mr. Shen Hui, our Vice President Mr. Xie Zheng,; our Chief Operating Officer Mr. Cai Qingchun. These four individuals formed our team.

Mr.Chen Baiying. Chairman of the board and Chief Financial Officerd Mr.Chen once worked at a Chinese investment company specializing in overseas investment, development and operation of new energy infrastructure, focusing on hydropower projects in North America and Africa. In 2016, he served as a market researcher for the company. And a Chinese investment company specializing in overseas investment, development and operation of new and traditional energy infrastructure, focusing on wind power, thermal power and photovoltaic-related projects. Mr. Chen served as a researcher in the company from 2021 to 2024 mainly focusing in research on hydropower and new energy markets in the United States and the coal market in Australia, responsible for research and development of overseas markets

Mr. Shen Hui, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President Shen Hui has served as the founding executive director of China International Capital Corporation, the managing director of CLSA, the director of Credit Suisse First Boston, and the managing director of BOC International. Mr. Shen has successively led and participated in the restructuring and IPO work of companies such as Nanjing Panda Electronics, Shanghai Industrial, Beijing Enterprises Holdings, Zhejiang Southeast Power, China Mobile, Foshan Eagle Brand Ceramics, Sinopec, CNOOC, Bank of China, and Ping An Insurance of China for their global issuance and listing on the main boards of Hong Kong and Singapore, domestic A-share listing, as well as subsequent acquisition and merger financing projects.

Mr. Xie Zheng, Vice President Mr. Xie Zheng has served as Vice President at Tano Capital LLC (a sub-fund of Franklin Templeton) and the US investment bank Strait Ventures Olympic Ltd. He has led and participated in investment projects such as the non-crystalline silicon thin-film photovoltaic project in Yantai, plasma panels in South Korea, world-leading tumor hyperthermia equipment, and coenzyme Q10 raw material producers, as well as financing projects for urban outdoor media in Beijing and Shanghai. He has also assisted companies like Haimer Technology and Land Energy in successfully acquiring oil fields in the United States. Mr. Xie is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California (USC) and a bachelor's degree from the University of International Business and Economics.

Mr.Cai Qingchun, Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer Cai Qingchun has 18 years of practical experience in the industry and has long been in charge of the company's operation and management. He has worked for enterprises such as Beijing Civil Aviation Zhongtian Technology Company and Shanghai Hande Information Technology. Participated in the information system integration and development of the second phase of Beijing Capital Airport and the first phase of Shanghai Pudong International Airport, as well as the ERP development and implementation of Shanghai Hitachi and CIMC Group, etc. Mr. Cai graduated from the Computer Application major in Hubei University of Technology.
