Qualifications:
1. Master degree or above in finance, law, finance, economics, with rich financial knowledge or relevant legal knowledge, more than 5 years working experience in the same position;
2. Excellent public relations, organization, coordination ability, business negotiation, scheme planning ability, good social relations and extensive financial industry contacts;
3. Practical experience in project investment or capital operation;
4. Working experience in investment, financing or capital operation of listed companies is preferred;
